Cote Brasserie is a french restaurant that you can find them all over London. Cote is inspired by the brasseries of Paris. It is open for breakfast, lunch and dinner. The restaurants bring to London, a little bit of the parisian cuisine and amazing flavours.
The one that we went to, was the one in Oxford Circus. You can find it over here : W1W 8 QJ 4 Great Portland Street, Fitzrovia, London.
The menu is quite big to chose from. Also they have a nice selection of wines. We ordered a quite nice and strong red wine from 2015, Chateau La Croix de Queynac. For starters we had Steak Tartare, Prawn Gratine and Chicken Liver Parfait.
The Steak Tartare came already mixed with egg and with 2 pieces of toast and it was very tasty.
The Chicken Liver Parfait came with 2 pieces of toasted brioche wich taste a little bit sweet and with some spiced apple chutney. All the flavors together are just amazing.
Because the menu was so great we decided to order another starter to share and we choose the Prawn Gratine whitch contain king prawns in a white wine, garlic, chilli and tomato sauce with some toasted garlic and parsley crutons. Just delicios!
For the mains, we went for the Sirloin Steak with Peppercorn Sauce and Garlic Butter. Also we order Moules Frites with Garlic Sauce. The mussels were cooked very good, and the white wine mixed with garlic sauce was delicious. Also both mains already came with fries so it was decent price for them.
Also the service was great, the food came out very fast and at any moment we had staff around us in case we need anything. Per total, the food was scrumptious, delectable and tasty. I would definitely recommend that you visit Cote.
