Coming back with one of my favorite recipes ever, and that is my Sweet & Sour Salmon. This simple salmon recipe is so delicious, incredibly easy and delicious.
You can add next to it, vegetable, potatoes, rice or just plain. Please find my unique recipe below:
Place the salmon fillets skin-side down in a large clean roasting tray. Cut each in half if they don’t fit. Lay the rosemary on top and drizzle with olive oil. Gently rub the oil and rosemary all over the fish, and season. Bake for 20 minutes or until just cooked. (you can steam the salmon as well, I do mine in this super cool steamer from Argos.) https://www.argos.co.uk/product/5385809
The Sweet & Sour sauce: I’m mixing the herbs and spices like paprika, pepper, salt, chili flakes, cayenne pepper, thyme, and basil, among others, this Oven Baked Salmon here is doused with butter and also the vibrant flavor of lemon. Oh! I always leave my lemons on top of the salmon for more taste.
